Sellersville Borough

Sellersville Borough is in Upper Bucks County, with Perkasie Borough east, Hilltown Township south, and West Rockhill Township on its western and northern borders. The area was first settled in 1738. Around 1780 Samuel Sellers came here and built a tavern. In 1866 residents of the 75 homes in the town of Sellers Tavern decided to change its name to Sellersville.

Sellersville Museum is at 120 East Church Street, next door to the Municipal Building. Lake Lenape park, on Walnut Street, offers a bicycle/walking path, and several fields, and B. Earl Druckenmiller Playground, on Maple Avenue, features macadam tennis courts, two softball fields, and picnic facilities.
