Richlandtown Borough

In the northeastern part of Richland Township, Upper Bucks County, is the village of Richlandtown Borough. The first frame house was built here in 1804, and the community soon grew to around 60 homes. Today there are over 400 homes in the Borough, with a population of about 1,300 residents.

The main street through the village is Richlandtown Pike (Route 212), which connects Richlandtown with Quakertown, its larger neighbor to the southwest. North of Richlandtown, Route 212 splits off, continuing east until it reaches Easton Road (Route 611) on the Delaware River south of Riegelsville, while Richlandtown Pike heads north toward Hellertown in Northampton County.
