Northampton Township

Northampton Township is the largest of the Hamptons, and lies east of Lower and Upper Southampton Townships. The Township was settled by English and Dutch colonists, and incorporated in 1722. The communities of Addisville, Churchville, Holland, Jacksonville, Richboro and Rocksville are all located within Northampton Township.

Churchville Nature Center is a 54 acre preserve with woodlands, meadows, a lake, and approximately two miles of developed trails. The Lenape village recreates the habitat of the Indians who inhabitated this area before the arrival of European settlers. The Nature Center offers workshops, seminars, nature hikes, outings and a variety of family events throughout the year.
