Hulmeville Borough

Hulmeville Borough is wedged between Bensalem and Middletown Townships in Lower Bucks County. Named for John Hulme, founder of Bucks County's first bank, the tiny Borough is just 246 acres (0.38 sq. mi.), with a population of fewer than 1,000 residents.
