Durham Township lies along the Delaware River in Upper Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Route 611, known as River Road, runs along the eastern edge of the township from Nockamixon Township on its way north to Easton in Northampton County. Route 212 crosses the county to Springfield Township on the west.
