Bridgeton Township

Bridgeton Township lies along the Delaware River in Upper Bucks County, between Tinicum Township to the south and Durham Township on its northern border. At Upper Black Eddy, the longest eddy on the Delaware River, is a bridge connecting Bucks County with Milford, New Jersey. It is a popular area for fishing and canoeing.

Ringing Rocks Park, on the eastern side of the township, is the site of the unusual geological formation that gives the park its name. Large and small rocks, when struck with a hammer, give off strange metallic sounds.
